Our approach
How your diagnostic is generated
This is a practical self-assessment for solo consultants, freelancers and small service agencies. It helps you choose a workflow to investigate and improve.
Your score
Fifteen questions each contribute 0–3 points, for a total of 0–45. Higher scores indicate more established processes. The total is not a percentage, a financial loss estimate, or a prediction of business performance.
Your priorities
Answers are grouped into lead flow, proposals and follow-up, onboarding, delivery, content, tools and visibility, and automation readiness. The two groups with the lowest average scores become your initial priorities. When groups tie, a consistent ordering selects them; your real business context should guide the final choice.
Your action plan
The report selects practical guidance for your first priority and adapts comments on revenue and time visibility to your answers. It uses rules and prepared guidance. The current report is not generated by an AI model and does not inspect your CRM or financial records.
Evidence and limitations
The questions are informed by research and practical process principles. The scoring, thresholds and routing have not been statistically validated against customer outcomes. Treat the report as a starting point, check its assumptions against real examples, and measure the effect of any change.
Your next step
You can use the suggested seven-day plan independently. If you want a deeper review, a Workflow Improvement Sprint can turn the findings into a 30-day plan. No purchase is required to receive your diagnostic.
